This Ohakune holiday home is built with family or entertaining in mind, with large open living area directed towards views of Mt Ruapehu and its ski fields.
With 3 large TV's in the kids room, master room and lounge and high-end amenities that include an Wifi, Electric Vehicle (EV) charger, 5 heat pumps for heating/cooling and an espresso pod coffee machine.
Fitted with Infinity gas for never-ending hot showers, perfect after a day up the mountain! You will love the indoor/outdoor living, with a spacious 60sqm deck and large covered space that is perfect for catching up with friends and family over a BBQ or drinks.
Large outdoor shed with heat pumps work perfectly for drying your ski gear, or keeping your mountain bikes safe. Power is also available to charge E-Bikes or electric scooters in the dry room.

The master bedroom WIW is locked and not accessible by guests.
Please note the EV charger is free for guest use. Unfortunately, not all EV cars and chargers are the same, so it is important to note the charger is a Type 2 plug and tethered, though there is also a normal 10A plug available for use outside.
A Minut Noise Sensor operates on the property to ensure noise is kept to an acceptable level after 10:30pm. This is an AirBNB recommended device to ensure the property isn't used for parties and to provide peace of mind to neighbouring properties.
