Sunset Paradise is a beautifully decorated westward facing prow front cabin that is less than 5-Minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge with easy access with most any type of auto. Privately situated on a 1.5 -acre wooded lot with an amazing mountain view of the Cohutta Wilderness allowing you to feel secluded from civilization.

In arriving at the cabin, you will enter onto a surrounding covered porch with amenities that include: a 4-Burner Stainless Steel Gas Grill, Outdoor Porch sofa and chair including a side and center coffee table that face a Wood-Burning fireplace. Also in position, to view an outdoor VIZIO 40" D-Series Smart TV with Streaming Entertainment options including DirecTv Stream. Expanding your dining options, there are two, 2-person Tru180 Dining Tables allowing for additional dining outdoors to enjoy all what Mother Nature has to offer.

Walking in from the covered porch you will find a soaring vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows framing an amazing westward facing mountain view. The great room and large open floor plan is perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends and family. Included, you will find a Samsung 50" Q60A QLED Smart TV with Streaming Entertainment options including DirecTv Stream along with a DVD player. Wireless Internet throughout the cabin is also available to our guests.

This Living Room area has a large sofa and chair with ottoman along with an automated Gas Log Fireplace.

Sleeping arrangements have been well thought out for a family getaway. All bedding has Premium Luxury Thread Count Linens along with 100% Cotton Luxury Bath Towels. The Entry/Main Level has a Bedroom with a Queen Bed and full Large Bathroom.

The Upper Level Primary Bedroom has a Large King Bed and Private Full Size Bathroom with a beautiful frameless glass enclosure for a walk-in shower with Dual Shower-heads. Also, included, you will find a Samsung 32" M4500 LED Smart TV with Streaming Entertainment options including DirecTv Stream. Waking up, you will look out to a long range mountain and valley view through a framed window at the foot of the bed that is certain to get you motivated for a Great Mountain Day!

On the Lower Level you will find another Large Bedroom with a Full-Size Bed along with an adjoining Twin Bed.

Also, on the Lower Level is the Large Game Room which includes a Full-Size Sofa Sleeper, Reclining Chair with shared access to a full bathroom with a Tub/Shower Combo.

The Lower Level also provides a Large Entertainment Room with a VIZIO 55" V-Series Smart TV with Streaming Entertainment options including DirecTv Stream along with a DVD player. Rent a pontoon boat, kayak or SUP on beautiful Lake Blue Ridge. Pick locally grown fruit at Mercier Orchards, a 75 year old family orchard. Play a round of golf at Old Toccoa Farm, Fannin County’s first and only golf course that fronts 4,000+ feet of the Toccoa River and offers immaculate zoysia tees and fairways along with challenging bent grass greens. There's a lot to do here and the surrounding areas.

You definitely need a vehicle to really enjoy the area, it's rural. But if you're into mountain biking, the Aska Adventure Area has some of Georgia's best mountain biking trails. And their great for hiking, too.
