The space

On the upper level, the entrance hall welcomes you with beautiful natural light and an elegant half bathroom for convenience. From here, the home opens into a grand living and dining space, framed by signature full‑length windows that capture panoramic, unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. One of the couches in this room converts into a pull‑out bed, offering an additional sleeping arrangement suitable for one adult (or two children).

This impressive room flows seamlessly onto a spacious dining terrace, complete with both a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for alfresco dinners, relaxed morning coffee, or sunset gatherings. Overlooking the pool and the open valley beyond, this terrace becomes the heart of the home for entertaining and unwinding.

Also on this level is a fully fitted modern kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for longer stays, along with a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Descending to the lower level, you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedroom suites, each with its own wardrobe closet and direct access to the sun terrace and outdoor pool.

Guests have full access to the entire villa, terrace, gardens and private swimming pool. There is one parking spot under the pergola and any additional parking would be on the street. Access to resort amenities including golf and fitness center are also available to all guests for an additional fee paid at reception.
