Ground floor: Large bedroom with king-size bed, living room has a sofa bed, plus two bathrooms including a walk-in shower and family bathroom.

Upstairs: Two bedrooms – with a double bed each.

The property also has a comfortable living area, kitchen, washer-dryer and private outdoor space. Sleeps up to 7 guests. Free parking available on the drive.

The downstairs bedroom and bathrooms make the property particularly convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Check out time : 10am
Late checkout penalty applies at £50 every 15 mins.
Please send us a message once you have checkout out so that our cleaning staff can then enter the property.

Please leave the keys in the key box. Failure to leave keys would be a fine of £750 as we would need to change locks for safety reasons.

* Please treat the property with care and leave it clean and tidy.
* Please ensure all taps are fully turned off before leaving.
* Please switch off the heating when you check out.
* Place all rubbish securely in bin bags and dispose of it in the designated bins.
* A vacuum cleaner is available at the property should you need it during your stay.
* Please check that you have taken all your personal belongings before leaving.

Keys

On departure, all keys must be returned to the master lock/lockbox. Failure to return the keys may result in a charge for replacement keys, locks, or associated call-out costs.

Check-Out

Please vacate the property by the stated check-out time. Our cleaning team works to a fixed schedule and needs sufficient time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests.
