Waikiki Banyan Pool & Recreation Deck Enhancement Project

The Waikiki Banyan Association announced on March 24, 2025, that the Pool & Recreation Deck Enhancement Project will begin on April 7, 2025. As a result, the pool and BBQ areas will be closed for approximately one year. A specific completion date has not yet been determined, but we will keep our guests informed as new information and updates become available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. During the enhancement project, there may be noise in and around the recreation deck area.

This property offers a self-check-in option, with no front desk check-in procedure required. Guests can use the elevator to go directly to their designated floor, and the entrance door is equipped with a smart lock that requires a personal pin for safe and easy entry.

The parking structure is attached to the building, and the entrance is located on the side of Kuhio Avenue. A parking permit pass will be available for use after check-in. Detailed information regarding parking will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.

A courtesy reminder: please return the parking permit pass and keys to the unit prior to check-out. Lost parking permits and keys will result in a $250.00 fine due to building regulations.

NOTE:
-The sofa bed has a maximum weight limit of 220 lbs. Please use it responsibly. Please provide us with advance notice so we may prepare it for you prior to your arrival.
- Not associated with hotel, room service or housekeeping is not available.
- Max height clearance 6ft. Large SUVs, heightened wheelbase vehicles are not recommended. Mid size SUV and compact cars are best suited for this parking garage.
