Guests have full, private access to the entire condo and the following Sea Trail community amenities:

• Champions Community Pool – located directly in front of the building
• Maple Activity Center (MAC) – pool and hot tub
• Pink Palace Pool – pool and hot tub

Parking: Convenient parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building.

Access to Unit: Elevator or stairs provide easy access from the parking area to the second floor.

Our local co-hosting team is available if you need anything during your stay.

We communicate primarily through the Airbnb app and respond quickly to questions, recommendations, or any issues that may arise. While we are always available to help, we respect our guests’ privacy so you can relax and enjoy your stay.

• Pool Hours: Dawn to Dusk, Open seasonally, April 1 – October 31

• A white owner/guest key card is required to enter all community amenities.
• Sea Trail provides private beach parking for owners and guests. Only ONE vehicle per keycard swipe is allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property.
• No parties or events.
