• Second Bedroom: one twin over full bunk-bed, dresser with clothes hanging, nightstand. This room is located on the main floor and has its own private exterior entrance from the alley. Many guests love the added privacy, but it may not be ideal for young children unsupervised.

You’ll have full, private access to this 2-bedroom unit. Outdoor areas—including the front porch and yard—are shared with the adjoining 3-bedroom unit.

Other things to note
• This is one half of a historic cottage home divided into two private, side-by-side units. While the units are separate, we ask that all guests respect quiet hours.
• The bunk room has its own private exterior entrance from the alley. Many guests love the added privacy, but it may not be ideal for young children unsupervised.
• Yard is not fenced—pets must be leashed when outdoors.
• Guests will likely hear normal neighborhood sounds or the occasional guest next door, but both units are designed with privacy in mind.
• Northwest Trek Wildlife Park (10 min) and Pioneer Farm Museum (5 min) are great family outings nearby.
• The Bud Blancher Trailhead to Mashell Falls is just 0.75 miles from the house—a local favorite!

• Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning. For warmer summer days, there is a window A/C unit in the upstairs bedroom. The second bedroom and all other living spaces are located on the main floor and do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.
