Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath beach condo in Ocean City! Centrally located 3 blocks from the beach, and 1 block from Asbury shopping, it's a great spot for your beach vacation! Lively Somers Point restaurants are less than 3 miles away. If you're bringing your furry family members, the dog beach is 2.5 miles away! After a long day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or relax on the front porch with a nightcap or early morning coffee. We look forward to hosting you!

The space
Kitchen & Living Room:
Open floorplan kitchen and living room, bar seating at the counter. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker, range, oven, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher appliances for your convenience as well as dishes, cookware, and utensils. Eat out or eat in, the choice is yours!

Sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to a full-size bed, adding space to accommodate more guests.

2 Bedrooms:
🛏Primary bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a dresser, smart TV, and ceiling fan

🛏Secondary bedroom has full over full bunk bed with trundle, will sleep 5

Bathrooms:
Full bathroom includes single sink, and bath/shower.
Powder room includes sink and toilet.

Laundry:
Washer & dryer in the condo.
Linens, pillows, and blankets as well as bath towels are included for guest use.

Parking:
1 parking spot off the street is provided for guest use in the rear of the building, it is marked 925A. It is big enough for a standard length vehicle only.
It’s a tight space, please be mindful to not block the stairs to the upstairs units.

Wifi:
Cable internet included, wifi password provided to guests.

We’re fortunate to have 1 parking spot off the street that is provided for guest use in the rear of the building, it is marked 925A. It is big enough for a standard length vehicle only.
It’s a tight space, please be mindful to not block the stairs to the upstairs units.

There is also free street parking on Wesley Ave.

Other things to note
🏖 4 Beach tags provided belong to the property. They are seasonal tags; if lost a replacement fee will be charged of $40 per tag.
