1940s Brooklyn Town Cottage

A cottage feel in the big city, rich with historic charm and ample space to spread out. Our renovated family townhouse features a stocked luxury kitchen with dishwasher, pro gas range, Vitamix, etc. There is even a baby grand piano.

THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK).

MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY.
Upstairs there is an organic king mattress (master bedroom) and a double (2nd bedroom) with an available crib. Both bedrooms have large windows with light-blocking shades if you want to sleep in. We have noise machines in both rooms to keep the city outside even during the day.

We have super fast FiOS internet!

Outside there is a beautiful deck and fenced-in patio with seating for 6. Enjoy our rose bushes and herb garden. In the front, there is a free on-street parking and a porch that faces a beautiful park with a playground, sprinkle fountain (in summer), and a basketball court.
