The home is three levels — kitchen, living room, and half bath on the main level; three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level; one bedroom with private bath on the second level. Enter through the front door or heated garage on the main level. Guests have access to the entire home (with the exception of a few owner's closets), laundry, and garage.

• No A/C: Breckenridge homes rely on cool mountain air. Open windows during the day and close them at night for comfort.
• Pet Policy: Renters are responsible for any pet-related damage.
