Our Contemporary duplex welcomes you; this is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2,5 bathrooms. Main level (3rd floor) offers big living room, ½ bathroom, dining room and kitchen. Upper level (4th floor) has 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms, master bedroom with big windows and balcony, it offers 1 queens size bed, 1 bunk bed, crib & floor mattress. It also has full bathroom. There is another full bathroom, a mid-size room with queen size bed for 2 adults & a small room with bunk bed for 2 adults. We are a Pet-free Home.

We live in the lower duplex, and we rent out the upper duplex. Upon entrance to the building need to climb to the third floor.

We are based in historically rich and diverse area, Bed-Stuy. According to TimeOut journal, Bed-Stuy is the among 5 coolest neighborhoods in the World. Our area perhaps has the largest collection of Victorian architecture in the country with about 9,000 buildings built before 1900. Bed-Stuy is a diverse community with endless list of attractions

We are only 3 minutes from groceries, restaurants/bars and C local train, 8 minutes from A express train & 15 minutes from Downtown Manhattan by train.

️Our living room has big windows, bathed with sun light and has access to a balcony. Dining table easily hosts up to 7 persons.

We have a dedicated workplace that provides computer(touchscreen), and printer.

️We have an electronic scale to weight your luggages to meet weight limits on international or domestic flights.

Our kitchen has coffee making machine, toaster, tea kettle, blender, gas stove, oven, pans and pods, and we are fully stocked (we provide organic coffee Sumatra, French roast and Blue Bottle coffee, green/black tea, olive oil, salt, paper and different kind of spices).

We are family friendly; we have crib, highchair, baby stool, children’s dinnerware.

Our living room provides Samsung 48" Full HD Flat Smart TV J5200, fast WiFi, YouTube Premium, Amazon Premium and Netflix.

Upper level (4th floor) has 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms, master bedroom with big windows and balcony, it offers one queens size bed, one twin bed, crib and floor mattress. It also has full bathroom There is another available full bathroom on the level, a mid-size room with queen size bed, and a small room with bunk bed.

Our duplex located close to LIRR railroad, and it has potential to some noise, but we offer noise sound machine and earplugs.

Guests can enjoy high speed wireless Internet, A/C and central heating on both floors of our house and keyless entrance.

Parking is available on the street and is free. Please note there is alternate side parking most days. Different days for different streets around the neighborhood. Please make sure to read all signs to make sure you don't get a ticket!
