The bedroom is a tranquil oasis, with a comfortable king-size bed and ample storage space. The modern bathroom is beautifully appointed and features high-end fixtures and finishes.

We warmly welcome your furry companions at our property and offer pet-friendly accommodations for short-term stays at a charge of $50 per pet per stay. If you plan to bring a pet along, please do inform us in advance while making your reservation. This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.

Parking: One parking space is included with the reservation. One additional pass can be purchased for $50 for the duration of your stay. During AT&T Stadium Events $100. Passes that are not returned will have a replacement fee of $200 each.

To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for all our guests, we strictly prohibit hosting events or parties on our property. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of $1000. An event or party is considered to have taken place when the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable limit on the property or the number of guests booked for the stay.

The following additional charges apply to late check out/early arrival requests - SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

1 hr or less - early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hrs - early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hrs - early arrival/late departure: $75
3+ hr - early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more

We have implemented these fees primarily to discourage late checkouts or early arrivals, as they can cause unnecessary stress for our cleaning service in preparing the unit for your stay or the next guest's arrival. Such situations can increase the need for our cleaning staff to rush and cut corners, ultimately compromising the high standards that we hold them to.

Finally, Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances anywhere on the property, including inside the apartment and all outdoor areas. To ensure a healthy and clean environment for all, we strictly enforce this policy. In the event that we discover any evidence of smoking on the property, such as cigarette or cigar butts, ash on flat surfaces, or empty cigarette packs, we will assess a $200 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.
