Refundable Damage Deposit

Host has 48 hours to asses property and make sure that it has not incurred any damages or unnecessary cleaning requirements in accordance to house rules.
If Host believes that you’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs, they will send you a reimbursement request . You’ll have 24 hours to respond.

If you pay the full amount, the request will be closed.
If you pay a partial amount, decline the request, or ignore the request, your Host will involve Houfy as a next step, and keep deposit amount.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

We are also able to accommodate an extra sleeping arrangement if you need it. We have a comfy blow up mattress you can request. If anything goes wrong with your stay, just let us know, we have a maintenance crew and cleaning crew on stand by.
