Fully-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (downstairs with bathtub and upstairs with shower) with air conditioning available for the warmer days in the summer and the cooler winder days (bedrooms and living room).

You will always need a car or motorbike to move around. You may walk to the nearest beach, as it takes you 30min. But you cannot easily think of doing the same with the shopping. And renting a car is convenient and affordable at the airport.
The house is in a perfect place for a romantic getaway, family holiday, travelling (only about 45 minute's drive to Lisbon airport), or visiting both Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais and Estoril.
I recommend that you use your own GPS/navigation devices to move around, but you can always ask me if you need further assistance.
