Casa do Mapa: Lisbon Work and Play Family Getaway

Welcome to Casa do Mapa (@casadomapa) your Lisbon Home.

A brand new work and family-friendly apartment with full amenities (air-con, cable, Wifi, games, and books) in a free street parking area by the river and the major sites.

Walk to the Lisbon's top touristic sights (MAAT, Monastery of Jeronimos, Tower of Belem, Palacio da Ajuda), profit from the riverside (go jogging, cycling, sailing, skating) and indulge in many of Lisbon culinary hotspots: namely the unique Pastéis de Belém!
Since we live/work/study abroad, we are happy that you stay with us and take care of our home when we are away.

After many years in pursuit of the right place, we have finally managed to secure a base in Lisbon where we can come regularly, keep some of our favourite family heirlooms and enjoy the maps to prepare for the next adventures!

Hope you enjoy Casa do Mapa as much as we do. Treat it as nicely as you treat yours back home.

The bedrooms are upstairs and require that you climb stairs that some guests find steep. Thus may not be recommended for those with mobility challenges.

A great workcation base as there is a dedicated desk with light and lamp upstairs and the dining table can work as an office table too.

I love Portugal and like simple but beautiful things, clean and organized. Over time have been building my favorite city, beach and country side escapes in Portugal, places to pile our family/friends bags/suitcases.
