Alentejo rural retreat w/lap pool (beach&country) - Santiago do Cacém

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - SOFT LAUNCHWelcome to Casa Lisboa, your countryside retreat. This former rural family cottage has been fully renovated, with all the comforts and is the perfect Alentejo getaway. Embrace slow living & disconnect. Enjoy the calm countryside and cool down in the lap pool. Explore the Santiago trail, local hikes , roman ruins or the historical churches nearby, indulge in the local gastronomy or escape to the pristine Costa Vicentina beaches a short drive away.The spaceAs you enter this rural retreat (Casa Lisboa), you will find an open plan living area with an fully equipped kitchen (with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and large fridge), a dining area with table and chairs and an ample living area with two sofas and TV and a reading nook with two arm chairs. There are two bedrooms (with a queen-size bed) each with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. One of them, the main one, has a dedicated workstation and an old footclaw bathtub. The other one has a shower in the ensuite bathroom. There are two upstairs mezzanine (above each of the rooms), and each mezzanine has 2 single beds. Please note that the stairs are steep and there is no protection railing for potential fall situations. In that context, we do not advise the mezzanine for small children or adults with limited mobility and/or under the influence of any substance. We expressly decline any kind of liability for accidents that may occur. There is a an outdoor table and chairs for use of the guests in front of the house and two lounge chairs and 2 outside reading chairs. The lap pool is shared with the other two houses in the property.Guest accessGuests have exclusive use of Casa Lisboa retreat and the equipment to the left of the house: two blue tables, 4 blue chairs, two white loungers and two white chairs. Please refrain from moving these items or using the ones in front of the other houses.Pool and garden are shared with the other two houses (Maputo and Manila) and are exclusively for registered guests, always respecting the property's quiet hours. No outside visitors are allowed at any time.Other things to noteThe pool and the garden are shared with the other two houses; therefore, respecting the quiet times and the pool hours is paramount.The use of the pool is recommended for experienced swimmers, given that there is no protection for potential fall situations, and, in that context we expressly decline any kind of liability for accidents that may occur.Also the use of the mezzanine beds is recommended only for adults as there is no protection for potential fall situations and in that context we also expressly decline any kind of liability for accidents that may occur.Registration Details122711/AL
