Alentejo Tiny house w/pool, beach & country - MPM

This former rural family cottage has been fully renovated, with all the comforts and is the perfect Alentejo getaway. Embrace slow living & disconnect. Enjoy the calm countryside and cool down in the lap pool. Explore the Santiago trail, local hikes , roman ruins or the historical churches nearby, indulge in the local gastronomy or escape to the pristine Costa Vicentina beaches a short drive away.The spaceAs you enter this tiny home (Maputo), you will find an open plan living area with an equipped kitchen (with induction hob, small electric oven, dishwasher and fridge), a dining area with table and chairs and a living area with sofa and TV. The main bedroom (with a queen-size bed), on the ground floor has an en suite bathroom (with shower). The upstairs mezzanine has 1 double bed (140by200cm). Please note that the stairs are steep and there is no protection railing for potential fall situations and, in that context, we do not advise it for small children or adults with limited mobility and/or under the influence of any substance. We expressly decline any kind of liability for accidents that may occur. There is a an outdoor table and chairs for use of the guests in front of the house. The lap pool is shared with the other two houses in the property.Guest accessGuests have exclusive use of the Maputo tiny house and the equipment in front of the house: one blue table, 4 blue chairs, a white lounger and one white chair. Please refrain from moving these items or using the ones in front of the other houses.Pool and garden are shared with the other two houses (Manila and Lisboa) and are exclusively for registered guests, always respecting the property's quiet hours. No outside visitors are allowed at any time.Other things to noteThe pool and the garden are shared with the other two houses; therefore, respecting the quiet times and the pool hours is paramount.The use of the pool is recommended for experienced swimmers, given that there is no protection for potential fall situations, and, in that context we expressly decline any kind of liability for accidents that may occur.Also the use of the mezzanine bed is recommended only for adults as there is no protection for potential fall situations and in that context we also expressly decline any kind of liability for accidents that may occur.Registration Details122711/AL
