Bearly Connected, a brand new cabin in the woods - Pine Mountain Club

Welcome to "Bearly Connected", a newly built 2025 cabin in Pine Mountain Club. On a quiet cul-de-sac, one block away from the town business center. The peaceful environment and surrounding whispering trees provide a immersive connection to nature. Feel like relaxing, hiking, swimming, golf, listening to live music? We allow guests to use our guest card for access to the clubhouse amenities.

The space
Built in 2025, brand new beautiful cabin!

1,140 sq ft.
2 bedrooms = Master bedroom (king bed + pack & play), front bedroom (2 twins).
1 media room (couch + TV + blue ray + starlink high speed internet).
2 full bathrooms. One has a shower, the other a bathtub.
1 living room/kitchen.
Large wrap around 750 sq ft deck.
Garage with EV charger (tesla & standard), and washer/dryer.
Large flat yard, property zoned R-3 (0.31 acre), on a cul-de-sac.

For young children there is a Pack & Play in the master bedroom closet available with sheets. And a high chair for infants/toddlers at the dining table.

Kitchen includes:
Propane burner stove + oven
Microwave
Toaster oven
Coffee pod brewer + creamers
Pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and wine glasses
Cooking utensils + sharp knives
Salt + pepper + vegetable oil

Deck:
Table w/ 4 chairs.
2 zero gravity chairs.
Built in bench seating.
Blackstone flat-top propane grill (stored in the garage).

Guest access
All areas available:
Entire cabin.
Garage has a EV charger and washer/dryer.

Clubhouse: Pool/jacuzzi(seasonal), restaurant, golf course, game room, tennis/pickleball, playground, basketball, softball, picnic areas, native garden, equestrian center, M-F exercise classes, live music on weekends.

We provide our guest cards and pool key for you to use during your stay.
* Seasonal- Opens Memorial Day *--->There is a $5/day/person use fee for the pool, children 8 years old and younger do not have to pay the day use fee. Pay directly in the clubhouse office Monday-Saturday, and then on Sundays pay at the golf shop.* Bring your own towels, we do not provide them for the pool.

Golf: "Greens Fees" are nominal, around $28/43 for either the 9 hole or 18 hole course. Carts are available to rent also. Pay at the PMC Golf Shop in the Clubhouse.

No smoking on the property.
No pets.
Must be 25 years or older to book.

***The Pine Mountain Club community is located at 5,554 foot elevation, and subject to strong forces of mother nature. Including rain, hail, snow and ice. Refunds/cancellations will only be given within the "no-refund window" --> if the road is closed to travel for all vehicles in the community. Please be prepared to visit with the possibility of these conditions present, including use of snow chains as needed. ***

***Additionally community electrical power sometimes goes off for short periods of time due to trees falling on power lines during high winds, or for hot wind events leading to short public safety shut offs due to high fire risk times, per Southern California Edison protocol. There is always running water (not heated), and fireplace heating available during a power outage, along with candles and flashlights in the cabin.***
