What's Included in Your Shortlet Booking
Booking a shortlet for the first time? Here's exactly what you can expect to be included, so there are no surprises when you arrive.
Utilities
All standard utilities are included in your booking rate — electricity, water, heating/cooling, and Wi-Fi. You won't be billed separately for usage during a normal stay.
Cleaning
Your property is professionally cleaned before every check-in. For stays longer than a week, a mid-stay clean can usually be arranged — just ask when you book. A final clean after checkout is included in your rate and is not deducted from your deposit unless there's damage or excessive mess beyond normal wear.
Essentials Provided
Fresh linens and towels
Toiletry starter kit (soap, shampoo, toilet roll)
Basic kitchen essentials (cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea/coffee where noted)
Kitchenware, cookware, and appliances (fully equipped kitchen)
Check-In Process
Check-in is typically self-service via a smart lock or key safe, with full instructions sent ahead of your arrival. If you'd prefer an in-person check-in, let us know in advance and we'll arrange a time that works for you.
What's Not Included
Additional cleaning requests outside the standard schedule
Damage beyond normal wear and tear (covered by your deposit)
Personal groceries and consumables beyond the starter kit
