Kenny & Maggie Moyer - We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do! We strive to provide an upscale oceanfront home for your vacation enjoyment. As professional remodeling contractors, we continue to upgrade the home every year for our guests comfort. We fell in love with Topsail Island and the Wilmington area in 2009 and we knew it was where we wanted to retire someday! The views from this home and the pool/hot tub made us choose Villas By the Sea! We love being directly on the OCEAN and the great views from every balcony. It is great to watch the kids in the pool while sitting on the balcony or in the hot tub. Evenings in the Hot Tub with the ocean sound and good friends make forever memories.
