Nestled in the picturesque farming hamlet of the same name between Churwalden and Parpan, the group destination offers the ideal meeting centre for families, friends and companies with comfortable and fully equipped 4* holiday homes to hotel standard with up to 34 beds, catering and event facilities. The hamlet, which stands in the middle of nature with direct access to the ski area, hiking trails and the bike trials, has been extensively renovated and meets the needs of all ages with its obstacle-free and child-friendly infrastructure.The holiday home Tgiesa Solaria offers space for a maximum of 34 people, divided into 12 double and family rooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with living and dining area. With 400m2 of living space on three floors, everything is available for an informal stay in a cosy atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge (70m2) with a large flat screen TV, B&O radio, the open kitchen and two separate toilets. Direct access to the garden with garden barbecue and the covered pergola on the south side. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large induction hob, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 large fridges with freezer compartment. The upper floor and attic - accessible by lift - each have 6 bedrooms with their own bathroom (shower, WC and washbasin). One room on each of the upper floors is wheelchair-accessible and the bathrooms are equipped accordingly.
