In winter, a chairlift brings you directly from Ftan to the large ski slopes Motta Naluns. The chairlift is easily accessible from the house (5 minutes on foot) and in good snow conditions you can ski all the way back to your holiday home! Parking for all the flats is available in front of the house. There is a ski room and a separate shoe room on the ground floor right by the entrance. A washing machine for all apartments in the house can also be found on the ground floor.
