Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing space where you can enjoy the privacy of your own condo while being just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, restaurants, shopping, and major attractions.

Pool and gym access is offered to our guests when it is open. We have no control on operating hours and closure so please keep in mind if these ammenities are closed during your stay, we will not issue a refund or credit. Keep in mind you are booking this airbnb for accommodation not for the community ammenity.

This unit will be on the 2nd floor. Please be mindful of adjacent neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum especially after 10 pm. Security guards roam around the complex 24-7. The last thing we want is for residents to file a complaint against our guests.

I will be glad to answer any questions- important: if you use my space to bring more guest than the number you disclosed I will charge 60 dollars extra per night per unregistered guest- so please be honest, and never bring other visitors other than the persons we previously agreed. This unit is a 3 person maximum occupancy ONLY.

Please note...there is one camera located at the entrance of the property. This is solely on the exterior of the property. It does not continously record rather only when motion is detected. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other property policies. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in the immediate removal of guest(s) and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Located in a highly desirable community. Luxury accommodations include a resort style pool and spa, bbq are, private parking, and fitness center without the resort fees.

If you need Uber or Lyft service, you must contact the company directly. Pick up and drop off to the airport are may be available upon request. Transportation fee applies. Contact me for more details.
