The chairlift with a direct connection to the skiing area "Scuol – Motta Naluns" can be reached within 10 minutes by foot. The Volg-Shop and the bakery are within 5 minutes of walking distance from the apartments. There is a vast hiking area waiting directly in front of the house. The unique indoor swimming pool "Bogn Engadina" in Scuol can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
Final cleaning CHF 90.00 Pets are allowed (final cleaning + CHF 20.00) Bed linen / Terry towelling CHF 20.00/per person.
