We have it all - beautiful beach and comfortable accommodation

Living room with queen sofa bed and upgraded mattress. Comfortable rocking chairs. Smart TV - guests can use their Netflix, Amazon movie's, Hulu, etc. Basic cable is available in the living room TV as well.

Heated community pool for residents and guests only. Hours of operations: 9am-10pm.

The kitchen. All appliances are electrical.
Other small appliances provided: toaster, blender, hand mixer, electric mini-omelet, sandwich maker.

The night light provided as well.

Bedroom large closet with built-in shelving allowing guests to comfortably unpack their belongings.
We also provided luggage rack for easier unpacking.

Majestic Beach Condo è un alloggio pulito e confortevole con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno.

La camera da letto ha un letto queen con un materasso comodo dove puoi rilassarti alla fine della giornata o fare un breve pisolino durante il giorno. La camera da letto ha un armadio a muro con cassetti, mensole e appendiabiti. Forniamo anche un porta valigie per rendere più facile lo scarico dei bagagli per i nostri ospiti.

Il soggiorno offre un bellissimo divano letto queen size con un materasso aggiornato.

Majestic Beach Condo offre un'atmosfera personale incantevole e un angolo caffè unico dove puoi preparare il caffè secondo i tuoi gusti - caffè italiano o caffè Mr. Coffee Keurig, caffè filtrato Mr. Coffee con diverse tostature, espresso (con macchina Nespresso) o caffè francese. Forniamo un set iniziale di varie capsule Nespresso e k-cup. Forniamo anche k-cup per cappuccino, tè o sidro se queste sono le bevande che preferisci provare durante la tua vacanza in spiaggia.

Abbiamo un nuovo sistema di aria condizionata con luci UV che mantiene il Condo fresco e pulito uccidendo batteri e germi.

Il balcone ha due sedie e un tavolino - perfetto per gustare caffè, tè o un bicchiere di vino.

Internet ad alta velocità gratuito (ottimo per lo streaming o il lavoro) disponibile in tutta la proprietà.

Forniamo una varietà di attrezzature da spiaggia: asciugamani da spiaggia, sedie da spiaggia, frigorifero portatile, ombrello, tenda, noodles galleggianti, materassini e giochi di sabbia per bambini.

Il condo si trova al 2° piano del popolare Gulf Winds Condominium Resort - NESSUN ASCENSORE.

La nostra spiaggia ha sabbia bianca morbida e acqua turchese del Golfo. Spesso vediamo lamantini, delfini e pesci nuotare non lontano dalla spiaggia sul passaggio intercostale situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal Condo. È anche molto convenientemente situato a 5 minuti a piedi da molti ristoranti popolari di St. Pete Beach.

Strict NO SMOKING policy - not in the unit, the balcony or within the Gulf Winds premises. Guests are required to step outside Condo area to smoke.

Guests will be provided an electronic parking pass for one car valid for the duration of their stay. The guest will receive 2R-U electronic parking permit. Guest must provide the following vehicle information to Owner no later than 30 minutes prior to Guest’s arrival at the Property: make, model, license plate, and registration state. The owner then will register the Guest’s car in St. Pete Beach parking permit system for the duration of the guest’s stay at the property.
Majestic Beach Condo is located in the prime St. Pete Beach location so parking rules are closely monitored by the city.
Guest may only park in the following designated parking area:
- Places marked for 2R-U permit parking: Ave 70, Ave 69, Ave 68, Ave 67 between Sunset Way and Beach Plaza.
- Paid/meter parking on Sunset Way (parking spaces #4407), Beach Plaza (parking spaces #4412), and 67th Ave (parking spaces #4410). Guest does not need to pay for parking on those locations when parking the registered vehicle.
Any illegally parked cars may be subject to towing and/or fines.

Guests that are arriving by the car will receive one digital parking pass for the duration of their stay (from the check-in to the checkout time) after they provide details of their car (make, model, color, license plate). Digital permit is good for all permit and paid parking spaces around Gulf Winds and the beach. (Free once the car is registered for the electronic permit).

It’s also possible to get away without needing a car since the place is just steps away from the beach and has many restaurants within a short walk.

There are a few options that guests can book/use to get from the airport to the Condo including Lyft and airport special service. There are a few options with local transportation to get to other parts of the shore (all the way to the Clearwater beach or Tarpoon Springs) or to downtown St Petersburg (Freebee Shuttle, Free Beach Ride, Central Avenue Trolley, Suncoast Beach Trolley, Downtown Looper, Free Island Hopper, and Jolley Trolley).
