Accogliente, privata e spaziosa casa con 3 camere da letto e 2.5 bagni a Ithaca, NY, vicino a Cornell, IC e al lago Cayuga.

La nostra casa calda e accogliente si trova su 5,6 acri, arretrata dalla strada, offrendo privacy e isolamento in un bellissimo contesto naturale a solo un miglio da negozi e ristoranti, 1,5 miglia dall'aeroporto, 10 minuti da Cornell e dal centro di Ithaca, e 15 minuti dal Ithaca College.

Tre camere da letto al piano superiore con materassi queen di alta qualità, Smart TV in due. Due bagni completi al piano superiore (uno en suite) più un bagno di servizio al piano principale. Il piano principale ha due ampi spazi abitativi luminosi, uno con una grande Smart TV e camino a gas, oltre a un ufficio che include un letto a giorno singolo che può essere estratto a queen/king se necessario.
