The charming Savoyard mountain chalet has 5 double rooms and 4 bathrooms. Lovingly renovated and stylishly furnished, the chalet combines traditional charm with modern comfort - for a cosy living experience.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has its own en suite bathroom with shower. There is also another bathroom with shower and a separate WC. Ski room with ski boot dryer at the entrance. The sauna offers pure relaxation after an eventful day on the piste. The first floor has three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom with shower and washbasin. There is another bathroom and a separate WC on this floor. All the beds in the chalet are 2 metres long. The large, light-flooded living room on the 2nd floor radiates an all-round cosy mountain chalet atmosphere. The comfortable sofa area invites you to spend cosy evenings by the open fire, large flatscreen satellite TV, access to the large balcony. Well and fully equipped kitchen. The pantry is located next door. The large dining table seats 10 people comfortably. There is also a small library with a reading corner. Separate WC. Closed.

There is no enclosed area in the lower part of the chalet.

The centre of the charming mountain village of Peisey is approx. 150 m away. After a day's skiing, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the traditional mountain village with its various restaurants, après-ski pub, mini supermarket, bakery, butcher and sports shop/ski hire - distance approx. 150 m to 300 m. An exclusive holiday quality: skiing in the mega ski area - living in a traditional, cosy mountain village with a correspondingly high quality of life.

The Lonzagne lift, approx. 500 m from the chalet, leads to the heart of the Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski ski area and offers access to 425 km of pistes and 175 lifts. Skiing from around the beginning of December to the end of April. Peisey is part of the Les Arcs ski area, which opens up limitless possibilities for all ski enthusiasts with descents of up to 2,000 metres in altitude, rapid freeride snow and mogul pistes. Peisey-Vallandry is also the starting point for the modern, valley-spanning Vanoise Express cable car, the link between Les Arcs and La Plagne. Peisey is centrally located in the middle of the entire area, making it the ideal ski location for exploring the Paradiski region. In summer, Peisey-Vallandry offers a wide range of sporting activities in a breathtaking mountain setting, such as cycling, mountain biking, climbing, swimming, tennis, golf or even horse riding and fishing. For the more adventurous, there is rafting or paragliding. Cyclists will find their challenge on the surrounding Col d'Iseran, Little St Bernard and Cormet de Roseland mountain passes. A ride in a husky kart pulled by dogs or in the adventure aerial rope park will certainly not only make children's hearts beat faster. The highlight is certainly the Vanoise National Park with around 500 km of marked hiking trails. Flora and fauna can also be discovered on guided tours. For those interested in culture, the baroque chapels and churches as well as various museums in the vicinity of Peisey offer a wide range of excursion options.
