The space
Welcome to Toccoa Currents — where Tails, Trails, Tasting & Trout 🐕👣🍷🐟 create the perfect mountain escape!

The first floor of our smoke-free cabin includes a master bedroom with a king bed 🛏️, ceiling fan, and a new Roku TV, plus an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower 🚿 with a handheld showerhead.

A dedicated workspace 🖥 with monitor and Wi-Fi is perfect for remote work or planning your adventures.

Relax in the living area with a gas fireplace 🔥, leather reclining couch and chair, ceiling fan, and stream shows on the 50” Smart TV 📺 using your Amazon Prime Video or Netflix accounts.

The cabin also has a spacious kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, bar stools, and a coffee bar ☕ with Keurig and electric kettle.

Enjoy meals at the beautiful Amish-made aspen table, chairs, and bench, featuring an antler chandelier and views of the mountains through the porch.

A washer and dryer are available in the mudroom to refresh your clothes after a day of hiking, kayaking, or exploring the Toccoa River 👣🛶🌊.

• Upstairs - reserved for friends & family, unoccupied during your stay, and not maintained for guest use. Peek 👀 for tranquility.
• Closets upstairs are locked for host storage and not accessible to guests.
• The shed and enclosed area under the deck (crawlspace) are off-limits.
• Supply rooms in the bathroom are locked for host storage and not accessible to guests.

• Starter supplies 🧴: We’ve got the basics covered — toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Keurig cups, sugar, honey, and tea. Need more? Swing by the grocery stores in Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, or Dahlonega.
• Linens & Towels 🛁: 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, and 4 makeup removal cloths are provided for each stay.
Special orange and white towels are provided just for your pup 🐕.
• River Towels 🌊: Bring your own “river” towels for drying off after a float or a dip in the Toccoa — ours stay cozy inside.
• HVAC & Heat 🌡️: A mini split keeps things comfy year-round. Ceiling fans and windows open for fresh mountain air, and the gas fireplace or infrared heaters keep you toasty October through February. Guests turn them on when you arrive and off when you head out or check out.
• Grillin’ 🍔: If there’s charcoal on-site, help yourself — fire up the grill and cook like a true mountain chef. Firewood under the carport? You’re welcome to use it in the Solo Stove firepit.
• 🚚 Surprise Saturday Trash Person 🧓: A local old-timer might roll up around 8 AM on Saturday to haul your trash. He might come, he might not — consider it part of the mountain charm.
• No Smoking / Vaping 🚭: Our cabin sits right next to the Chattahoochee National Forest, so no puffin’ allowed anywhere on the property.
• Children 🚫: Nothing’s provided for kids or infants — bring your pups instead! 🐕
