Alison Costello is the founder of Welcome Home Key West and Welcome Home Charlevoix, where she combines her professional hospitality experience with her genuine love for creating beautiful, welcoming places to stay. A longtime Key West resident and a proud Michigander with deep roots in Northern Michigan, Alison considers both Key West and Charlevoix home. Her love for travel, great food and wine, animals, and discovering the little things that make a destination special is reflected in the homes she manages and the experiences she creates for guests. Outside of work, Alison is a mom, animal lover, and self proclaimed foodie and wine enthusiast. She loves exploring local restaurants, spending time with family, being on the water, and finding new places and experiences to share with others. Through Welcome Home, Alison brings a personal touch to vacation rental management, combining professional hospitality with the kind of local knowledge and attention to detail that comes from genuinely loving the places she calls home.
