Our experience was wonderful booking through Houfy. I have used them several times and always had a good service. Our cabin was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A wonderful stay, every time

I strongly suggest anyone interested in staying at Lake Chelan book their room with the very kind attentive owners of the Cabana's. Their rooms are clean, modern and well appointed for a very comfortable stay at a great location within walking distance to great shopping, dining and recreation. We return year after year to enjoy the comfort they provide.

Owners that care!

Fe's Place was unmatched. Very well done. The details put into a perfect stay for their guest left nothing untouched. We had a very comfortable, nice, relaxing stay. The communication was very well received. We will definitely be back. What a great asset to Mamou!

Alison Costello is the founder of Welcome Home Key West and Welcome Home Charlevoix, where she combines her professional hospitality experience with her genuine love for creating beautiful, welcoming places to stay.

A longtime Key West resident and a proud Michigander with deep roots in Northern Michigan, Alison considers both Key West and Charlevoix home. Her love for travel, great food and wine, animals, and discovering the little things that make a destination special is reflected in the homes she manages and the experiences she creates for guests.

Outside of work, Alison is a mom, animal lover, and self proclaimed foodie and wine enthusiast. She loves exploring local restaurants, spending time with family, being on the water, and finding new places and experiences to share with others.

Through Welcome Home, Alison brings a personal touch to vacation rental management, combining professional hospitality with the kind of local knowledge and attention to detail that comes from genuinely loving the places she calls home.

Whether you're visiting Key West for sunshine and island life or Charlevoix for lake days, small town charm, and Northern Michigan summers, Alison hopes to make your stay feel a little more like coming home.
