The Seaside 21 is a stylish waterfront villa in the heart of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island.
Enjoy coffee on your private dock overlooking the bayou. Just 4 blocks to the beach, with shops and dining nearby. Bring your boat or have a captain pick you up for a day on the water. This weekly rental has been fully renovated and is centrally located. This island oasis is perfect for relaxing, fishing, exploring, and soaking in everything the island has to offer.

The space
We love this island and the people who make it special. After recent hurricanes impacted the Gulf Coast, the community has been rebuilding together. While our home has been completely renovated, parts of the neighborhood are still in the rebuilding phase. The island is steadily moving forward, and we’re grateful to host guests who are part of that recovery.

Please remember you are in a residential community. “Occupants and guests must comply with the City of Holmes Beach noise ordinance — unreasonably loud or disturbing noise is prohibited and may be subject to citation; please observe quiet hours (typically 10 p.m.-7 a.m.) and respect neighbors. Sound must not exceed: 1. Sixty-five dBA during the hours between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.; 2. Fifty dBA during the hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.”
