This home built in the 1980’s is a Tri-level, located between Colonial Heights and Chester. It is a family friendly home with a large fenced in back yard. It is 1400 sq/ft with three bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and an office. All the furnishings in the home are new, as well as furniture and beddings.

We know the best therapists have fur and four legs, so we welcome your four legged companions. Please be respectful and clean up after your pet. We have furniture covers in the closet by the front door. We ask that you use them if you are bringing pets. We have TV's in two of the bedrooms, and a 50" 4K in the Living room. We provide Netflix and Prime video on each and the ROKU provides local news and various free programming. Games to entertain the little ones.

Enjoy a refreshing drink on the screened in porch, while enjoying the sunset. There is Cornhole and ladder toss in the back yard, along with a play set for the kids. Entry to the main level exposes the family, dining rooms and kitchen. Seven steps downstairs open to a large bedroom and half bath, while six steps upstairs take you to two bedrooms and an office, as well as a full bath. Have fun!

We think you’ll find the location perfect! We are less than a mile from a winery, a mile from Colonial Heights, SouthPark mall, history abounds all around with battle fields, confederate White House etc.

Richmond was voted beer capital of the US. We are also a foodie town with many renowned restaurants downtown.
