Large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, and all outdoor spaces are shared. The thermostat range allowed is up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 74 degrees in the summer.

This is a Spanish-style large home in a nice neighborhood. There are three separate suites. Each suite consists of a private bedroom and private bathroom. The master suite has its own separate entrance. All suites have their own key locks for guest's privacy. This listing is for suite #3, which has a lot of closet space, and includes garage parking.

This shared housing arrangement provides regular cleaning service every 30 days for a fee.

In 2022, my son James became the Manager of the Company. I am a very detailed person, as accountants usually are, which has helped me as a host.
