The lake levels at Shasta vary seasonally, but one thing is certain—the views from this house are spectacular year-round! Whether you’re enjoying it in spring, summer, or winter, this property boasts one of the best views in the area! 🌄

Location & Views:

Just minutes from the lake and marina, yet perched on a hillside, our elevated position offers breathtaking views of Shasta Lake, the surrounding canyon, and hills. The natural beauty here is simply mesmerizing! 🌊🏞

Bedrooms & Privacy:
The lower level has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Please note, to access one bedroom, you must pass through the other, which may affect privacy for one of the rooms. 🛏

On the upper level, you’ll find two master suites, both with private bathrooms and Shasta Lake views, plus their own separate entrance. Perfect for added privacy! 🏡

Property Feel & Condition:
The home has a rustic cabin charm but is in excellent condition, offering a very comfortable and clean stay. It’s better maintained than most homes in the area and is exactly as shown in the pictures! 🌟

House Rules:
- 🚫 No Parties/Noise: Strictly no parties or noise violations. Noise monitoring is in place, and fines of $100 per unregistered guest apply for rule-breaking. Small events may be allowed with prior approval.
For Unauthorized parties - $1000 penalty.
- ⏰Early Check-In: Requires host approval. Booking does not guarantee early check-in.
- 🕚 Late Checkout: Must be approved. Staying past 11 AM without approval incurs a full-night charge.
- ❌ Respect Required: Rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff may result in reservation termination.
- ⚠️ Violations: Smoking, pets, noise complaints, or trash violations may result in fines up to $500 and reservation termination.
- ✅ Agreement: By booking, you agree to these rules.

We’re happy to welcome furry companions! However, to maintain a comfortable and allergy-conscious space for all guests, we only accept specific types of pets at this time.

✅ Accepted Pets:
• Dogs and cats under 50 kg (110 lbs)
• A maximum of 2 pets per reservation

2. No pets on furniture or beds – we ask that you bring pet beds or blankets for their comfort.

4. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner. Charges may apply.
5. Barking or disruptive behavior must be managed out of respect for neighbors and other guests.
