Der Aufenthalt war mega, wir waren sehr positiv beeindruckt von der gesamten Unterkunft. Wir sind erst spät abends angekommen und konnten durch die Schlüsselbox gut und einfach nachts einchecken. In der Unterkunft stand uns bereits kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung und es ist auch ein Wasserfilter vorhanden durch den jeder Zeit Trinkwasser zugänglich ist. Die Gastgeberin war stets hilfreich und stand uns bei unserer Reiseplanung sehr gut zur Seite. Bei Problemen mit der Klimaanlage antwortete sie direkt und schickte zur nächstmöglichen Zeit Handwerker vorbei, welche direkt alles reparierten. Bei unseren Trips und dem ausleihen der Roller hatte sie direkt mehrere Optionen parat und konnte viele Empfehlungen geben.

We really enjoyed our stay. As advertised, The Golden House is away from the smog and noise of downtown Bangkok, but it is easy to get into town with a rental car or taxi. It was great staying in a neighborhood with all Thai people, where we were the only foreigners. There were no street hustlers here, just friendly Thai neighbors. The area felt really safe. It was close to the airport and close to a couple of local restaurants where we were the only non-Thai people. The Golden House is big and super comfortable and is a terrific value. It's also an easy one hour drive to Bangsae Beach. Likewise the Temple of the Emerald Buddha is an easy 40 minute drive away. In conclusion, The Golden House was a tranquil reprieve for us from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok and the other Asian cities we visited, and it had all the modern comforts. Ten thumbs up!

Excellent host, great house. Very nicely designed and furnished inside. It is enough even for very large families, we were able to stay very comfortably for 9 people. There is internet and Netflix, do not spend time with them in this beautiful city, but sometimes we watched in the evenings. Very detailed instructions and explanations about the house, the neighbourhood and the city. He answered our questions at the speed of light. He even provided support by phone so that we could get along with the local people on the tour we went. He was very kind. We were even provided with waterproof covers for Songkran :) The metro is incredibly close, there are good markets like Seven-Eleven and Lotus. There are shopping centres very close. There are very nice restaurants. You feel the bustle of the old city here. Second-hand sellers, watch repairers on the street, honking horns. This is what we were looking for, staying in an icon of the city instead of a central hotel room, which is standard

KP's place is just a street away from Yaowarat, plenty of great food within walking distance, even early breakfast cafes available nearby. Her place is spacious, clean and co.fortable for my group of 6. the bathroom is also spacious! KP stays upstairs and is ready to lend any assistance when we faced some issues with TV network connectivity. she is always responsive and helpful. we stayed at second floor and were happy with the lift for elderly folks to move up. KP's place is safe with a main lock gate easily recognised by bamboo. we think the porridge and pork rice downstairs taste the best! massage places within a minute walk, very convenient. my chinatown mall is also a min walk away. as we had 2 elderly folks, we grabbed to everywhere despite the jam.

I spent a night here with my friends, we agreed to come back and stay longer. The room is bigger than I thought and has everything, very cozy and comfortable. The location is great. It’s in Yaowarad area where lots of famous street food, easy to find food all the time even late night. Plus just a few minute walk to the underground. We had a special time and the host made sure we got everything we need and were comfortable staying here. They are so kind and thoughtful, also fast responsive. We will come back, surely next time and stay longer. We love this place.

Amazing stay for us over Christmas. There were 8 of us with our two children and we all felt it was a brilliant place to stay. Looked like the pictures and right on the beach with a great pool and views. Jay was the host/manager of the property and really looked after us so well. He was always responsive and acted very quickly to any request. The owner demonstrated a keen interest to make our stay as enjoyable and as brilliant as possible and gave Jay the tools needed to deliver on this. Thank you to all the team for providing us with a fabulous stay that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend the property! There are lots of amenities just up the road including some brilliant local eateries where had the most amazing Thai meals. Hotel next door was available for us to use but never found a need to so can’t comment on that, was good to know if we did want a very easy option though.

Hans place is great. My family and I stayed during December and it was a great stay. The place is spacious, comfortable and the area is also nice and walkable. Many restaurants and food stalls nearby and direct access to the beach. Thanks 👍🏼
