Bonita Springs vacation rentals

My family and I recently enjoyed staying at this very nice vacation home, which exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, I was blown away by the stunning design and attention to detail. The living room was cozy and inviting, with plush leather couches. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the necessary cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were luxurious and comfortable, with high-quality linens and bedding. But what really impressed me was the outdoor space. The large pool & spa with green lush landscape. Great location. It was a short drive to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The attention to detail and beautiful outdoor space make it the perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Really a great place. Very large as advertised, and VERY well equipped. Valerie and Blair noticeably make it a point to provide all the essentials for successful trip. We are a family or 6, so having ample supplies of towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, and cooking essentials made a huge difference from some other stays we've had where we have to wash all the dishes every time we eat or had to juggle bath and beach towels each day. There were lots of spaces and places for everyone to be. Lots of dining space, a kitchen area to work and hang out in, and the porch was big enough too. Not going to pretend it was a "beach view", but you could see some water between the houses across the street. The place is in great shape. Some others have commented that it needs updating. We don't feel that way at all. The kitchen is a very well maintained time capsule of the 1970-80s and we wouldn't touch it! The whole place has everything you need where it counts. They provide all the kitchen things to work with. 2 full bathroom were great. The BIG new washer & dryer were super handy. They provided soaps, shampoos, dishwasher tablets, etc... to get you started on the right foot. Beach essentials (chairs, wagon, cooler) too! As far we could tell, the TV had every service loaded onto it. Internet was fast an easy. Location is great if you are looking for that quieter end Estero Island and it's a very quick on/off the island without dealing with the FMB traffic further north. The walk to the beach is a few blocks in either direction and no big deal - especially since they provide the wagon! The closest strip of some retail is not too far a walk either. Overall, highly recommended!

This home has been beautifully restored after the terrible devastation of Hurricane Ian. Although empty lots and construction can still be seen all around the area, this home is definitely a little piece of normalcy returned. Exceptionally clean, super comfy bed and with all the conveniences needed to enjoy our two week stay. As described, there are two beach access points very close to the home and with most resorts not open yet the beach at this end of the island is quite empty. Beach chairs/umbrella available on site to bring with us. We didn’t have a car for our first week but the trolley is running hourly and for 75 cents, it was perfect for getting to and from Time Square for the busy beach, dinner, sunsets and drinks. Both Valerie and Blair were both wonderful hosts and were quick to respond any time we reached out. Five+ hosts in a five+ home! We’ll be back! Diane and Larry

Wir waren schon viele Male in der Region, aber der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war der schönste bisher. Ein echter Geheimtipp. Alles komfortabel und liebevoll zueinander passend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super bequem, wir haben uns himmlisch erholt! Besonders gut hat uns der Pool mit der Salzwasserfilteranlage gefallen, total weiches Wasser, man musste sich nach dem Baden nicht abduschen und es gab keine roten Augen. Das Haus war blitzblank bei unserer Ankunft. Uns hat die Gegend gut gefallen, friedlich und mit dem Charme des old Florida, nicht so steril wie so manche 'gated community'. Die Organisation durch die Gastgeber war perfekt, wir hatten alle nötigen Informationen vorab zugeschickt bekommen und dazu noch viele gute Geheimtipps, was man in der Gegend machen kann. Wir haben die Villa unseren Freunden empfohlen. Wir konnten vom Haus in wenigen Minuten wie beschrieben verschiedene Strände erreichen. Zum golfen hat uns besonders gut Raptor Bay und Spanish Wells gefallen (nur 5 Min, entfernt, quasi einmal über die Straße). Wir hatten den Tipp bekommen bei Roys Hawaiianisch essen zu gehen, 10 Min entfernt, das war kulinarisch bemerkenswert! Herzlichen Dank für alles! Wir wollen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wiederkommen ...

Our experience with this rental and host was excellent! The place was beautiful, just as in the pictures, and extremely clean. The home was stocked with everything we needed, except for our food, clothing, and toiletries. Beach chairs, toys, wagons, and bikes were all available for use. The pool was beautiful and the spa was relaxing. We were able to literally walk across the street and access the beach/ocean. It was a quiet, peaceful area and there were many things to do and delicious places to eat. Valerie provided excellent communication and was extremely responsive to any questions/needs we had. We only came for a few days and wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely would stay at this place again...hopefully in the near future.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was exactly as advertised and provided us all the amenities we were looking for including the beautiful pool/spa. My sons are very active and there was no shortage of things to do in the property. When we ventured out, the location was central to the beach and our other friends in Bonita and Naples. There are great restaurants surrounding the property as well! Overall, a phenomenal experience and property and the property manager was also first class! We highly recommend this property for those of you that want a 5 star experience outside of a hotel!

My family and I loved your home, had everything we needed for some family R&R. We could relax around the pool, have some fun in the sun at the beach and prepare some family meals together. The home was nicely furnished and looked new. We loved the separate sleeping areas, perfect for a large family like ours. Location is perfect, not too close to the action, but always a short drive away. Look forward to our next trip to Ft Meyers, we would love to stay there again. Rick and Heather

We loved this house. It was brand new and very clean. The pool and backyard were perfect. Its on a quite street. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bedrooms are all in good locations with the living room in the center with views of the pool. The location was so close to the beach my daughter and I walked there to watch the sunset and eat. The waterfront restaurants nearby are amazing. I have friends going to also book and stay here. Highly Recommend!
