- Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home due to allergies and for future guests. A fee of at least $500 will be charged for any smoking residue or smell found inside our home following your stay.

- No music outside or with windows open after quiet hours (10pm to 7am).

- Parking should not exceed 4 vehicles in total in the driveway and/or on the street.

- Our home is pet-friendly, but pets must be disclosed when booking. Please note any undisclosed pets on the premises at any point during the stay is subject to a $250 penalty per pet.

- We live in family friendly neighborhood—any noise disturbance during quiet hours is subject to a $500 fine.

NOTE: By booking this reservation, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of outdoor maintenance or utility crews, including landscaping, being onsite during your stay. If access to the interior of the home is needed, you will always receive a notice prior. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Other things to note

**Please note during winter months, betweenDec-March. Adirondack chairs are stored away under deck. You're more than welcome to use them, wether permitting.

**Outdoor shower is also out of use and winterized to protect any pipes from bursting in the cold.
