How do I add a new or additional property to my existing account?

Click the plus (+) menu in the top bar and choose Vacation rental listing. That opens houfy.com/new/listing, where you pick one of three cards.

Import listing - for a property you already have on Airbnb or VRBO.

1. Click Import now.

2. Choose Airbnb or VRBO on the toggle.

3. Paste your public listing link, for example airbnb.com/rooms/12345678.

4. For Airbnb, click Preview listing. We fetch the listing and show you a preview card with a tick box confirming the listing is yours. Tick it, then click Import listing.

5. For VRBO, click Import listing straight away - there is no preview step and no tick box. If we cannot read the listing immediately we queue it and tell you on screen.

The import brings across your photos, amenities, reviews, description and location. It does not bring across your nightly rates or your availability - you set those up on Houfy yourself once the listing is in.

Build from scratch - to enter the property yourself. Click Start building, choose Vacation Rental or Charter Boat, fill in property type, guests, bedrooms, bathrooms and city, then click Continue. We create the listing and take you straight to its Overview page to finish it off.

Channel manager - if the property is already in a PMS or channel manager. Click Connect manager and pick your provider.

Repeat these steps for each additional property; they all sit under the same account.
