Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This spacious and well-appointed home is just 1 mile from the beach and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Parking & Entry
• 3 designated parking spots: Two in front of the garage and a third behind the home.
• Step inside to an open and inviting living space, seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen.

Kitchen & Dining
• Fully equipped with pots, pans, baking dishes, toaster, microwave, oven/stove, and plenty of dishware & utensils.
• Coffee lovers rejoice—you’ll have everything needed to make the perfect cup!
• Dining table seats 6 comfortably.
• Half bath conveniently located off the kitchen.

Laundry & Beach Gear
• Full-size washer & dryer in the garage, plus a few starter laundry packs.( As well as starter packs of paper goods).
• Garage stocked with floats, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and towels for your beach days!

Bedrooms & Living Spaces
• 2 King Bedrooms (Upstairs) – Each features a comfy king bed, smart HDTV, and plenty of closet space.
• Full bathroom located between the bedrooms.
• Second living area upstairs with two plush couches, a smart HDTV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for extra guests.

Guest access
Guests will be provided with door code two hours prior to check in.

Other things to note
Please note- no parking on the grass or side of the house. Two vehicles can park in front of the garage and then there is a designated parking spot directly behind the home.

Please Note-
Minimum rental age is 25

BUGS & CRITTERS: we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed

Please note that smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home or garage. A $300 fee will be applied if any evidence is found. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep the space fresh and clean!
