After a day on the ski slopes or a hike, enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace or a session in the panoramic sauna in the garden. Shopping facilities are within 2 minutes walking distance. The (ski) bus stop is just 130m from the house (Scuol, Coop. In 5 minutes drive you can easily reach the valley station of the mountain railways as well as the railway station Scuol-Tarasp. The use of the ski bus is included in the ski ticket in winter. Two outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the house. In summer as well as in winter, the surrounding area invites you to take short and long walks in the unique natural and cultural landscape of the Lower Engadine, which starts directly in front of the house.
