Our 3BR/4BA villa sets the scene for cherished memories. The living room offers comfy seating, a SmartTV, and a secluded walkout to the screened in porch. The fully equipped kitchen is made for preparing and sharing meals with the whole group.

Cozy Bedrooms
The master suite features a newly renovated ensuite bathroom and a comfy King bed with balcony access, made for morning coffee or evening drinks with views of Eastern Lake. The second upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and a triple bunk, with a Full bed, and 2 twin beds stacked to the ceiling bunk - that your kids will love! The third bedroom downstairs has a premium Queen bed and mattress with a dedicated ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has a SmartTV with cable and streaming services - ideal for relaxing after a full day at the beach. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

LakeHouse30A guests have access to over 10 acres of public beach and 1,200 feet of coastline. Port Property Public Beach at Eastern Lake is about a 15-minute walk, or drive to Walton Dunes Public Beach, where beach chair rentals are available.
