Located 77 km north of Joensuu, Lake Pielinen is 200 m away (871.2 km²), with a shallow, partially rocky shared shore. Built in 1990, the villa has 6 bedrooms, 5 toilets, 2 fireplaces, a sauna for 8 people, and a hot tub.

The middle floor features a large living room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet on this floor.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms. Two rooms have 3 beds and a balcony, while the third room has 2 beds. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on the upper floor.

The lowest floor includes a spacious fireplace/living room, a bedroom with 2 beds, an always-ready electric sauna, a bathroom with a hot tub, a dressing room, 2 toilets, and access to the terrace. There is an air source heat pump on the middle and lowest floors.
