An old cowshed was converted into a modern holiday home with two holiday flats in 2016. The original wooden walls of the barn were largely preserved and the interior was completely redesigned. The studio is located on the ground floor. The studio includes a living/dining area, a very spacious kitchen and a separate bathroom (shower/WC) for max. 2 persons. On the 1st + 2nd floor is the holiday flat for up to 6 people. The flats offer a unique view of the mountains opposite. Pets are not allowed. Sleeping area: A cosy French bed (160x200) Bathroom: The bathroom has a disabled shower, washbasin, urinal and WC. Hairdryer and bathroom linen available. Living area: An open-plan living room with kitchen/dining area with a fantastic view of the mountains. The living room has a large table with bench and chairs. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and has an induction hob, oven, large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine incl. beans for free use, toaster, blender and a raclette and fondue set. Entertainment: WLAN in the whole flat (free of charge, can be switched off) Please note that the boiler room is located on the same floor. Noise from the heating (switching on/off, pump) cannot be avoided. The noises are not loud, but can be perceived as disturbing by very noise-sensitive people!
