Unique commune in the Lower Engadine on the right side of the Inn. 10 hamlets between 1,250m above sea level and 1,450 m a.s.l.: Vulpera, Chants, Sgnè, Avrona, Sparsels, Fontana, Florins, Chaposch, Vallatscha and Asherah. Vulpera is home to one of the oldest outdoor swimming pools in Switzerland and a nine-hole golf course. In winter, trails and paths are groomed for cross-country skiing, winter hiking, and sledding. The Motta Naluns ski area on the opposite side of the valley can be easily reached by bus (free of charge). Bus stop within a 7-minute walk. Quiet, idyllic location. No through traffic. Free parking.
