Nashville vacation rentals

Did a couples trip to Nashville for my husband’s 50th Birthday. I wanted to stay somewhere that afforded us a quick trip to Broadway and other downtown attractions as well as things to do at the house should we plan a night in. Underwood Manor was the perfect choice. The property was as described. We would have loved more time out back but wanted to be respectful to the posted quiet rules that began at 10. When I needed to adjust my stay Chase was responsive and accommodating. When we reached out to ask if he had the code to enter the Red Phone Booth Club he tracked one down and gave us tips on how to get in if the number wasn’t correct. I was able to quickly get grocery deliveries & even a middle of the night medicine delivery when I had an allergic reaction while everyone was sleeping. Ubers were quick & accessible. A stocked kitchen had everything I needed for a brunch that I made. Beds were comfortable & sound machines were a nice touch without TVs in the rooms. Loved it!

The home was immaculate and is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. It was very close to several great restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and super accommodating for our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

I would recommend Aly's place for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Nashville. The place is stocked with everything you would need for a long term stay: full kitchen, washer/driver, good air conditioning, comfy bed and couch, high-speed internet, and a 4k smart TV. The house is also surrounded with trees, which is perfect for anyone preferring to have nature views right outside of their windows. Our host Aly is also great. She provided us with snacks and bottles of sweet tea after we checked in, and was courteous and responsive throughout our stay. She also gave us great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try out. The house is located in a nice neighborhood, but it's about a 20mins drive from downtown. However, Opry Mills mall is just 5mins away so it was easy to get to shopping, food/movies etc. One thing I would point out is that while the house is perfectly clean when we checked in, due to the natural surroundings of the house we did have a few encounters with bugs during our stay, such as moths, ants, and spiders. Nothing unmanageable though.

Nicholle’s East Nashville house is perfectly located for whatever you plan to do in the Nashville area. We were close enough to walk to world-class restaurants and only 10 minutes to the rest of East Nashville, downtown, and Germantown. The house is basically new with lots of space in a pretty quiet area, though it’s undergoing so much development, like so much of Nashville. Parking was abundant, both on the street and out back. Nicholle was also very responsive if we had issues or questions and I could tell she cared a great deal about us having a very good stay. The AC on the upper level conked out while we were there. It happens. Fortunately it was October and it got fixed in a couple days and the main floor stayed cool. Beds were great. Wi-Fi worked great. Dog loved the place.

Sadly, I was only able to stay here for one night for a business meeting the following morning. And let me tell you, I was running through every excuse in my head to try and ditch that meeting so I could enjoy the accommodations just a bit longer. This place should be a Conde' Nast Traveler "Top 10 Must Stay" and a "Best of the Best in Nashville" if it's not already! I had heard about this stay through a mutual friend and - given that I like supporting small businesses - thought I would give it a go. From the moment I arrived in the quaint neighborhood just minutes from the downtown action, all eyes pointed to a highly convenient, yet restful retreat. The owners and their spunky little pup are infectiously warm and welcoming and took time to show me all the next level amenities - mood lighting, fireplace, a kitchen that could double as a Food Network set and wait - that XXXL picture is actually a high-definition TV? - get outta town!! And don't get me started on the heated floors, a bathroom worthy of a separate Spa fee, soundproofed walls (that's right Honeymooners) and furnishings so tasteful, you could probably serve 'em up for lunch. Seriously folks, if you are coming to Nashville - quit scrolling and book "Cadence" for yourself today. Because at the end of the day - with a bright and welcoming aura, resort style beauty, and boundless amenities - this place might start getting marriage proposals!

My husband and I were hoping to get away for a long weekend and experience some of the treasures of East Nashville. We were not disappointed! This Air bnb is walking distance (an easy walk - just a few flat blocks :) from a few breakfast places (we loved Ugly Mugs - fast and affordable) and two fabulous ice cream shops ( Tabla Rasa is both dog and kids friendly) and several good restaurants. It is a very short drive to downtown and Broadway. The mattress was sooooo comfortable and it was the most well stocked air bnb I've stayed at. There was extra TP in the bathroom, an iron and a broom in the bedroom closet along with extra blankets. The design of this cozy space is fabulous. I sat in a super comfy chair in the corner of the big room, under a window and read my book. Later I sat in that same chair and played the guitar (which was in tune:) The rental space is separate from the main house and is very private. The family who owns the house is delightful, warm, and friendly. Fantastic place!

It’s been so great to stay in a private home for a long-term job assignment. I was here for 8 months total and have been so thankful for Matt’s hospitality and supplying everything needed in the house. Matt has always responded to me very quickly and made sure to handle my requests in a very timely manner. The couches and beds are brand new and very comfortable. It felt like my own home. Definitely exceeded expectations. Strongly recommend this home for someone like me, traveling nurses or large families. A short walk to the lake and park is a huge plus, with good fishing too. Such a wonderful and peaceful home! Thanks Matt!
