Cabo San Lucas vacation rentals

We could not have been happier with Rolf’s place. It far exceeded every expectation for our trip. We spent much of our time lounging on the picturesque balcony by the fire pit or in the hot tub. Watching NYE fireworks from this view was amazing! The walk to restaurants and shopping was within 5 minutes, walk to the marina was maybe 20 minutes. We felt safe morning, day and night!! I can’t recommend this condo enough!!

We stayed at Villa Sebastian the week after Christmas and Cabo is now our favorite Mexican destination. All the reviews are very accurate...Villa Sebastian is modern and well-appointed. My husband loved the sound system so we could have music by the pool as well as inside. We had a car rental but only made one grocery run to Walmart which is about a 15 minute drive away. There is a small market just down the hill where we could walk to and pick up necessities when we ran out. But as everyone has commented the walk is not easy. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down and 25 minutes to walk up. The side walks are narrow and don't have railings. The streets are stones so the pavement is uneven. We walked down once in the evening but would not try to walk back up after dark. We considered hiring a private chef one night but decided against it. I didn't miss it because there are so many good restaurants in the area. We found most restaurants to be very reasonably priced and we enjoyed getting out. Invita Bistro was one of our favorites. Ishmael was very helpful and came by to show us how to operate everything shortly after we called. One thing I didn't read in the reviews is that there is a water cooler in the unit. We called Ishmael when we started to run low and he quickly brought two more jugs on NYE. We didn't have any issues with water while in Cabo. Thanks to the reviewer who mentioned the maid comes at 9:00 a.m. We requested she come a bit later (11:00 a.m.) and they accommodated us without any problem. Everything was top notch in the villa. We walked to Medano Beach one day and it was a madhouse down there. What a totally different experience. I'm sure we would not have loved Cabo as much as we did if we were staying in the heart of it all.

My family and I just had an amazing week at the Grand Solmar in Cabo San Lucas to lands end. We chose a ground floor master suite and it was perfect for my wife and two children (13 &10). It had a beautiful master bedroom, walk in closet and master bathroom, a murphy bed which was perfect for the kids and a second bathroom. Kitchen that was good if we wanted to make meals vs eating out (no oven). Dinner table for 4, living room with seating for 5, two TV's and great patio through sliding glass doors. Ground level was fantastic as were steps from the pools, and restaurants and easy access to everything. Could order food and drinks if we wanted or needed right from our own patio and eat there. Great restaurants, many pools to choose from and overall a fantastic resort. Saw whales breaching and splashing out in the ocean everyday, watched the passing boats and crashing waves from the pools or our room. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Manny and Arturo from the Bell staff were top of the line, Abigail from housecleaning staff was top notch. Overall a fantastic week spent relaxing and thoroughly enjoying all the the Grand Solmar had to offer. Would highly recommend and will be coming back again.

I can honestly say that after staying in staffed villas, luxury resorts and many Airbnbs over the years, this is the first place that made my husband and I consider investing in a timeshare! Property is exquisite, room was spacious and well equipped, we watched whales every morning from our balcony, Santa parachuted in to visit the kids on Christmas, service and staff were delightful and I could have stayed another full week easily. Absolutely one of the best experiences we have had on a family holiday - this place is a true gem and we are already working out when we can return and when we want to become members.
