Quite a few of our guests at Sansome House Cottage spend at least a day exploring this wonderful city. You can mingle with the students, enjoy the ancient and historical buildings, the quirky shops. pubs and byways, the relaxing river, garden, parks and musical events, or the gourmet restaurants of Oxford. Head up the hill to Headington for this pretty amazing piece of sculpture in my photo below, by someone with a bizarre sense of humour. The local council tried to remove it but it has now been here for many many years.
