Quiet 2.5-room holiday apartment (50 m²) for 2–3 people in Sent, with its own south-facing seating area in the sunny garden, overlooking the Lower Engadine Dolomites. Conveniently located: both the village centre (grocery shop, restaurants) and hiking and biking trails are less than a 5-minute walk away. An hourly bus runs from Sent to Scuol, where you can visit the Bogn Engiadina thermal spa or enjoy all sorts of other activities. In winter, a ski bus runs from Sent directly to the Motta Naluns cable cars for downhill skiing, and there is a wide range of cross-country ski trails nearby too. 3 guests on request: the third person sleeps on the pull-out sofa in the living room. We, Patrizia and Gian Claudio, have rented out the apartment for twelve years and live one floor above. We are happy to recommend restaurants and hikes, or give tips on other things to do in the area. We speak German, Romansh and Italian. Free parking in front of the house.

Living/dining/kitchen: pull-out sofa, dining table for 4, TV and radio. Kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine. Bedroom: double bed and a wardrobe. Bathroom: rain shower, bathtub, heated towel rail, door through to the bedroom. Entrance: coat rack and shoe rack, space for hiking boots and skis. Washing machine, drying room and ski room available in the house on request. Seating area: table, chairs and awning, facing south over the lawn, with a beautiful mountain view. Included: bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, parking. Non-smoking apartment. Free parking in front of the house.
