Welcome to Villa Tropical, a private waterfront luxury retreat in Punta Gorda uniquely surrounded by water on three sides. With panoramic canal views, a newly renovated heated saltwater pool, spa-style hot tub, private dock, and expansive screened lanai, Villa Tropical offers an exceptional setting for experiencing Southwest Florida on the water.

Step inside to an expansive living room where a wall of windows frames the pool, lanai, canals, and dock. Here, water isn't simply an amenity—it surrounds the experience.

The Space

Villa Tropical is a bright, spacious waterfront home designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection. The open living room features comfortable seating, books, games, puzzles, and local magazines, all surrounded by beautiful views of the water and outdoor living areas.

On rare cool Florida evenings, the gas fireplace adds a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Villa Tropical accommodates up to 8 overnight guests, with three king bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa.

The primary suite features a walk-in closet, direct access to the pool and spa, and a private ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and double-sink vanity.

At the opposite end of the villa, two beautifully furnished king bedrooms offer closet space and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower and double-sink vanity.

Villa Tropical’s setting is what truly distinguishes this home.

Surrounded by canals on three sides, the property offers expansive water views from the home, screened lanai, pool area, and private dock.

Spend sunny afternoons beside the newly renovated heated saltwater pool, unwind in the spa-style hot tub, or simply relax and watch the water from the lanai.

Enjoy alfresco dining, prepare dinner on the grill, or gather around the propane fire table as the evening settles over the canals. Keep watch for dolphins, manatees, and other Florida wildlife that occasionally visit the surrounding waterways.

Private Dock, Kayaks, Bikes & More

Villa Tropical makes it easy to experience Punta Gorda both on and off the water.

Guests enjoy complimentary use of 2 kayaks, 4 bicycles, fishing rods, and beach gear, along with access to the private waterfront dock.

Launch a kayak and explore the canals, fish from the dock, take the bikes into town, or pack the provided gear for a day at the beach.

Swimming in the canal is not recommended due to wildlife and natural waterfront conditions.

Near Fishermen’s Village

Villa Tropical combines a private waterfront setting with convenient access to Punta Gorda’s dining, shopping, entertainment, and waterfront attractions.

Fishermen’s Village is approximately a 25-minute walk or roughly a 10-minute bike ride away, offering waterfront restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment, and beautiful Charlotte Harbor views.

Downtown Punta Gorda offers additional restaurants, locally owned shops, parks, galleries, and waterfront paths to explore.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire home, screened lanai, heated pool and spa, private dock, and provided recreational amenities.

Convenient keyless entry allows for self check-in. Detailed arrival information and your unique access code will be provided before your stay.
