A private entrance to a well appointed room with grand California King bed. You will find yourself in the epicenter of the Hollywood area. Suite is connected to the owner occupied main house. It is private and does not have access to main house. Minutes away from Wizarding World of Harry Potter, view of Hogwarts right from the property! Enjoy many landmarks- Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Greek Theatre, and Griffith Park Observatory.

The space
Great location in a beautiful relaxing environment with privacy. Master Suite is located on a different level but is attached to owner’s (family with children) occupied main house. Private entrance and private yard. Close to many landmarks of Hollywood. Easy freeway access nearby.

Guests will have their own entrance to a private bedroom with full bathroom, kitchenette area, walk in closet, window seat and french doors that open to private outdoor yard for relaxing.

Self check in available with lockbox. I am available through messaging 24 hours a day and live on site. I have lived in Los Angeles for over 20 years and can help with planning and advice for navigating all the wonders Hollywood and Los Angeles have to offer.

Location, location, location! This is a quiet neighborhood with many active neighbors out for walks and runs. Get a bird's eye view of the Universal Studios backlot and possibly watch movie magic filming in progress!

Come for the Academy awards - Oscars or LA marathon in March! Hike to the Hollywood Sign or Griffith Observatory. Visit Grauman's Chinese theater and Hollywood walk of fame. See a show at the Hollywood Bowl. All within a few miles of property!

There are a couple of bus stops that could get you to the Universal metro and rail system and the Burbank airport within a walking distance.
Many major studios including Universal, Warner Bros and Disney all within 1-2 miles.
Burbank Bob Hope Airport is 5 miles.
Dodger Stadium is 9 miles.
Union Station is 10 miles.
Staples Center is 11 miles.
Beaches are 20 miles.
LAX Los Angeles International Airport is 26 miles.

I have children of my own who live full time at the home. I welcome small families with a child. There is a play structure and playhouse located on the grounds.
